1. Develop & Drive Communication Strategy
Formulate comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to strengthen brand image and support growth.
Build brand, product, and promotional communication strategies.
Define key messaging, creative direction, and execution plans for campaigns.
2. Budget Planning & Management
Plan, propose, and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor cost-effectiveness and ROI of campaigns.
Conduct market and pricing analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
3. Execute & Supervise Marketing Activities
Oversee execution of all marketing campaigns: brand building, digital marketing, promotions, events, and customer engagement programs.
Manage brand identity, social media platforms, and digital presence.
Develop sales kits, POSM, and promotional materials.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and propose experience enhancement strategies.
4. Public Relations & Media Management
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with media and PR partners.
Lead communication crisis management and ensure message consistency.
Support public health awareness campaigns and CSR initiatives.
5. Product Development & Business Growth
Collaborate cross-functionally to generate ideas for new services and products.
Analyze customer data, expand loyalty programs, and optimize database utilization.
6. Team Leadership & Department Operations
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing & communications team, ensuring performance and professional growth.
Set and monitor KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and manage rewards/disciplinary actions.
Design training programs, manage workforce planning, and improve internal coordination processes.
Oversee risk management and ensure operational efficiency of the department.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or premium service sectors.
Strong leadership, planning, coaching, project management, and financial analysis skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, CMS, and excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Strategic mindset, creativity, adaptability, and high resilience under pressure.
