Manager, Asset Performance

AIM OF THE JOB

• Assist Head of Operations to do financial analysis and reporting including forecasts, budget, market research, asset performance and investment.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepare financial modelling, board papers, business proposal, preliminary budget estimates and cash flow projection for project feasibility studies.
• Work with relevant parties to prepare routine reports, corporate presentations, strategy studies and other submissions.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
• Closely work with respective departments and General Director of projects to track the performance of asset as well as study the opportunities to create values/ improve the efficiency of those projects.
• Conduct market research, analysis and market intelligence in key business segment in relationship to assigned projects.
• Assist Head of Operations in other aspects of management works
