JOB PURPOSE

The Leasing Manager is expected to take lead in improving tenant mix and renewing layout plan for Saigon Centre. This role will maintain relationship with current and potential tenants and develop strategies to compete against other malls.

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Constantly do market research about industry and competitors
  • Develop and implement leasing plan and strategy
  • Design tenancy mix
  • Source suitable retail tenants from both Vietnam and overseas  
  • Work with Advertising & Promotion team to produce all marketing collaterals and promotion tools to support tenants
  • Coordinate with tenants’ suppliers such as Interior Designer and Signage Designer to ensure the fit-out meet the set standards
  • Negotiate leasing terms and oversee the preparation of Offers and Tenancy Agreements Project rental revenue
  • Provide information for related  departments to prepare leasing and marketing reports
  • Collect data from source such as POS and shopper traffic count to develop leasing plan and support tenants
  • Perform other tasks assigned by General Manager of Saigon Centre Shopping Mall
