Mô tả công việc

1. Job Purpose

The Learning & Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and talent development programs for both Factory/Manufacturing workforce and Office/Corporate functions at Nafoods Group. The role aims to enhance workforce capability, leadership pipeline, and organizational performance aligned with business strategy and sustainable growth.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Learning & Training Development

  • Identify training needs through training needs analysis (TNA) for factory employees and back office staff.

  • Design and implement annual training plans covering technical, operational, functional, and soft skills training.

  • Develop and deliver internal training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.

  • Coordinate external training providers, consultants, and training institutions when required.

  • Ensure training programs are practical, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.

2.2 Talent Development & Career Pathing

  • Support the development and implementation of career pathways, competency frameworks, and talent development initiatives.

  • Coordinate performance management–linked development plans (IDPs).

  • Support talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.

2.3 Training Evaluation & Reporting

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using appropriate evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick).

  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.

  • Track training KPIs, training budget utilization, and ROI.

2.4 Support Organization Development (OD)

  • Support organization development initiatives aligned with people and business strategy.

  • Assist in reviewing and improving job structures, job descriptions, and competency frameworks.

  • Support performance management–linked development and capability improvement.

  • Participate in change management, process improvement, and transformation projects.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and learning culture development.

3. Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Talent Development roles.

  • Experience working with both factory/manufacturing and office/corporate employees is highly preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Solid knowledge of training needs analysis, instructional design, and adult learning principles.

  • Understanding of manufacturing environment, safety, quality, and operational training is an advantage.

  • Experience in leadership development and talent management is a plus.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Good analytical, planning, and project management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); LMS experience is an advantage.

Language

  • Good command of written and spoken English.
