Mô tả công việc

  • Lead the team to achieve sales objectives and targets for the assigned sales channel.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes for assigned customers to ensure goal achievement.
  • Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to secure sales agreements that meet targeted margins and maximize company profitability.
  • Liaise closely with customers for accurate sales forecasting and manage the reporting of actual and projected sales and margin forecasts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance product visibility through optimal merchandising (e.g., number of facings, eye-level placement, and cost-effective shelf positioning).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in FMCG/ Retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing key accounts
  • Good relationship with Modern Trade channel
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
