II. JOB DESCRIPTION
· Promote VINARES products and build brand awareness on Website, Social Media, and B2B e-commerce platforms.
· Conduct market research, gather customer insights, analyze competitors, and track industry trends.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Identify and acquire new customers, expand market reach both domestically and internationally.
· Collaborate with related departments to follow up on orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
· Travel abroad for business trips and participate in international exhibitions in Asia, Africa, America, etc.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors and senior management.
III. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
· Age: Under 32 years old.
· Experience: At least 1 year in international sales.
· Languages: Proficient in English or Spanish communication.
· Knowledge: Understanding of import-export, trade, and international finance.
· Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva/CapCut, and information research.
· Personal Traits: Excellent communication, proactive, flexible, able to work independently and in a team.
· Health: Willing to travel for business domestically and internationally.
· Career Orientation: Committed to long-term development in international sales.
IV. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
1. Salary & Bonus Package
· Salary: VND 10,000,000 – 15,000,000/month. Higher base salary negotiable for candidates with strong experience and proven achievements.
· Commission: Sales commission (2-5 million VND per container or % profit per order) + Additional bonuses:
o First customer bonus

V. WORK LOCATION & HOURS
· Office: 3rd Floor, No. 130 Nguyen Duc Canh, Tuong Mai, Hoang Mai, Hanoi.
· Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
