Kinh nghiệm:
1. Recruitment (30%)
Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Update job descriptions for positions from Executive level and below.
Report on manpower needs and recruitment progress.
2. Employee Relations (30%)
Support onboarding processes: probation KPI setup, workspace, accounts, and necessary guidance.
Monitor probation and labor contracts, coordinating with C&B, HR Services, and Line Managers during execution stages.
Collaborate on handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions.
Prepare and submit reports on HR issues and arising matters.
3. Performance Management (20%)
Support and guide the annual KPI-setting process and track implementation.
Monitor and report on quarterly and annual PMP evaluations.
4. HRBP Projects (10%)
Participate in HRBP projects as assigned by Line Manager or Project Manager.
5. Other Tasks (10%)
Perform additional HR-related duties as required by management.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Human Resources, English, Office Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge in Communication/Advertising/Technology is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of HR experience, preferably in Recruitment or HRBP roles.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
Solid understanding of Labor Law and HR-related regulations.
