POSITION OVERVIEW
This role leads the HR Operations function, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance across all human resources processes throughout the organization. The incumbent will coordinate team activities, oversee operational quality and legal alignment, and champion digitization, data standardization, and HR systems integration to enable data-driven decision-making and scalable HR support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Talent Acquisition
• Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies aligned with business and project needs across departments and affiliated units within the Unik ecosystem.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define manpower plans, develop job descriptions, set hiring criteria, and conduct structured interview and evaluation processes.
• Design and manage comprehensive recruitment strategies—including both short-term and long-term workforce planning.
• Strengthen employer branding, utilizing internal communications and external campaigns to position Unik Green as a compelling and professional workplace.
• Diversify and optimize sourcing channels: online recruitment platforms, social media, employee referrals, university partnerships, and executive search firms.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline and candidate database to proactively attract and engage high-potential professionals.
• Ensure a fair, timely, and compliant recruitment process that upholds the company’s values and legal standards.
2. HR Administration & Labor Compliance
• Oversee all administrative HR procedures including onboarding, contract management, internal transfers, terminations, time-off management, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure that employee files, legal documentation, and HR records are accurately maintained, updated, and securely stored.
• Ensure all processes are fully compliant with Vietnamese labor law and internal HR regulations.
3. Compensation, Benefits & Policies
• Manage payroll operations, personal income tax finalization, social insurance procedures, and personnel cost reporting.
• Work closely with C&B to review and implement equitable and transparent compensation policies.
• Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory entitlements in a timely and professional manner.
4. HRIS & Workforce Analytics
• Maintain the company’s centralized Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of personnel data.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and dashboards including headcount, turnover, labor costs, and other workforce indicators.
• Support the development of a data-driven HR analytics foundation to support organizational growth and strategic HR decisions.
5. Process Governance & Compliance Systems
• Standardize and maintain HR procedures and workflows in compliance with ISO, ESG, and labor law standards.
• Develop internal HR compliance and audit mechanisms, working closely with internal control and external auditors.
6. Team Management & Capability Development
• Recruit, coach, and develop the HR Operations team, including HR admins, payroll officers, and HRIS specialists.
• Foster a departmental culture of zero-defect execution, timeliness, legal compliance, and data-driven mindset.

◦ Saturday: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Professional Knowledge
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HR administration, labor law, social insurance, and PIT compliance.
• General understanding of enterprise operations and business in the wellness and real estate sectors.
• Familiarity with modern HR models (e.g., HRBP, CoE, Shared Services) and international compliance frameworks (ISO, ESG).
Professional Experience
• At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, including 4 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in designing and executing recruitment strategies and HR operations in dynamic, growing organizations.
• Preferred: candidates with experience covering recruitment, onboarding, and training functions in scale-up environments.
Core Competencies

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and workforce data analysis (Excel advanced, Power BI).

• Skilled at researching and synthesizing digital information for HR operations.
• English: minimum intermediate level; able to read and understand professional documents and communicate across functions.
