CJ Foods Vietnam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR strategy & Planning Manager to lead, develop and implement the HR strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy; Provide input and feedback on the business strategy and its HR implications, ensuring alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate Business Goals into HR Objectives: for each key business goal, define specific HR objectives that will contribute to its achievement.
Evaluate existing HR systems (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management systems) and their effectiveness.
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
Develop mid and long-term HR strategies together with planning a short-term HR initiative.
Organize and lead HR projects and monitor its progress and KPIs setting.
Control the budget of the HR function.
Analyze HR data and market trends to develop and refine an effective HR strategy.
Work closely with Finance and Business units to define dimensions to count headcount.
Analyze people resources in the company and develop mid and short-term resource planning that will support and organizational growth using staffing planning principles.
Partner with Learning functional partners to create and deliver development experiences to help closing the gaps between current and future skill sets.
Perform other assignments delegated by the CPO.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related major is a plus.
Experience: From 6 to 8 years of working experience in human resources related field/ possess experiences field of FMCG, MMC are plus.
Skills:
Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills
Ability to align HR strategies with company goals, HR goals anticipating future needs and trends.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop and develop HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success.
Ability to lead, plan and manage change.
Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and data to make decisions.
At least 5 years of experience in human resources field.
