Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment: Collect recruitment requirement from departments, plan and implement recruitment, ensure adequate and timely supply of human resources, from quantity to quality for production activities The Company's business, including but not limited to:

  • Organize recruitment for senior positions from Supervisor level and above and collect data from team members to synthesize, analyze and propose improvement solutions; Support team members in recruitment to complete assigned goals.
  • Arrange candidates to accept jobs after achieving interview results, conduct orientation training, take fingerprints, hand over personnel to receiving departments.
  • Update candidate's informations, Probation contract to the HR system and conduct smart management to keep scientific records, easy to retrieve, easy to search and easy to put it back.
  • Carry out registration procedures and change Personal Income Tax Codes for employees.
  • Support recruitment team when necessary and participate in job fairs.​

2. Undertake internal and external training (including surveying needs when needed, developing and implementing plans, including but not limited to:

  • Linking with Universities and educational institutions to cooperate on education and training;
  • Support Management in building training programs and training plans; preparing all necessary training materials;
  • Directly training employees (including new hires) on internal training programs related to human resources (culture, behavior, business ethics, general regulations, etc.)
  • Collecting information and data on training courses (including collecting from departments) and analyzing, providing information and data and making reports when needed;

3. Monitor and manage Interns (if any)

4. Receive information, disciplinary records and conduct procedures to handle disciplinary actions (if any) when employees violate; Control compliance with labor discipline, including planning for retraining, training to prevent and limit recurring violations of labor regulations;

5. Other as requested form the Superior
