Mô tả công việc

  • Receive recruitment requests from relevant departments and ensure job descriptions are aligned.
  • Post job advertisements on appropriate channels including job portals, company website, and social media to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collect and review incoming applications.
  • Evaluate and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with Department Heads to schedule interviews.
  • Facilitate the interview process and collect feedback from interviewers.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
  • Communicate with selected candidates regarding offer details and onboarding requirements.
  • Guide new hires on required documents and ensure completion of pre-employment procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee documents and recruitment activities.
  • Monitor and track labor documents for compliance and internal audit purposes.
