a. QR Registration:
- Perform daily QR code merchant registrations on the system.
b. Issue resolution & support:
- Act as the first point of contact to handle inquiries and disputes from partners, merchants, branches, and T.Os.
- Provide timely support during merchant onboarding, usage, and after-sales services.
c. Collaboration & communication:
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and fast resolution of technical or transaction issues.
d. Reporting:
- Prepare and submit relevant operational and performance reports as required.
e. Other duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
