Reports to: Commercial System Supervisor

1. Data input :

• Perform data input for MVO, MJP and Draught beer and reports according to processes.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin Clerks to ensure data integrity and timeliness from relevant stakeholders.
• Follow and support field sales in data input and verification requests.
• Support other database team activities as requests in term of data entry & QC. 

2. Data Quality Control 

• Perform Quality Control activity of data taken by SR on field in various formats such as photos, texts, numbers…
• To report to Commercial System Supervisor on regular and urgent basis on the quality of data sources.

3. Administration

• Arrange paperwork preparation for data gathering process such as printing 1MJP forms for Field Sales on regular basis.
• Collect and store hard copies of 1MJP forms and retrieve those above as request.
• Perform other relevant administrative tasks.
