1. JOB OBJECTIVE
Execute integrated marketing activities to build the company’s brand, support business operations, and develop the market in the construction industry.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Branding & Communications
· Responsible for design-related tasks such as developing brand identity, brand strategy
· Provide direction for content and visual style across communication channels such as: Website, Fanpage, Zalo OA, LinkedIn, etc.
· Manage and regularly update the company’s website and social media platforms.
· Support the organization of events such as seminars, trade fairs, construction exhibitions, ground-breaking ceremonies, and inaugurations.
b. Online Marketing
· Plan and execute advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads…).
· Optimize website content for SEO and enhance search visibility for construction services.
· Coordinate with the technical team to showcase key projects and highlight accomplishments.
c. Offline Marketing
· Assist in designing sales materials such as company profiles, brochures, catalogues, and posters.
· Manage and oversee the printing of all marketing and sales support materials.
d. Market Research & Analysis
· Collect market data related to the construction industry, competitors, and industry trends.
· Regularly update both domestic and international design trends to ensure the highest effectiveness of design outputs.
· Analyze and evaluate the performance of executed marketing campaigns.
3. REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
· 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong capabilities in branding and brand development.
· Proficiency in English (all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
· Prior experience in construction/industrial marketing is an advantage.
· Preference will be given to candidates aged 30–35.
