Get to know the Role:

• Lead a team of 20+ technologists that evaluate, implement and manage global IT enterprise systems & services

• Implement processes and technology that support business value creation and process efficiency across business and technical functions

• Understands the overall key business unit's roadmap and evolves the BIS team to outserve internal stakeholders

• Interfaces with all levels of management; supporting prioritization, escalations and proposals.

• Support business case development and drive business case completion from a technical perspective

The must haves:

• Experience in leading a global IT enterprise applications or other operations team with sizable budgets

• Domain expertise in managing applications in at least one of the following areas: Financial systems, HRIS, Call Center, Sales/Marketing Automation

• Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple departments

• A passion for developing, coaching and mentoring a team of mid to senior level managers; strong in hiring, team building and organizational development

• Experience quickly scaling up teams and processes is highly desirable
• Customer-focused mindset; always looking to outserve Grabbers
