Mô tả công việc

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and/or backend services.
  • Lead test strategy and planning, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
  • Execute manual and exploratory testing when necessary to identify defects and edge cases not captured by automation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality goals.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
  • Analyze test results, track defects, and communicate quality risks effectively.
  • Drive adoption of continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor junior QCs and share best practices on automation, test design, and quality mindset.
  • Research and recommend new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve QA efficiency and effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Proven hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Proficiency with automation and testing tools (Postman).
  • Solid understanding of API testing and working with databases (SQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into build processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A passion for product quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Having ISTQB certification is a plus
