[HCM] General Accountant - Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

1. Daily working

• Controlling all function of account (AR-AP-GL-Cash-Bank- Inventory) daily.
• Guild the team members and department for relevant accounting works, policy and tax procedure.
• Assist CA and FM in Accounting policy and Procedure.

2. Monthly working

• Closing accounting books.
• Depreciation and Prepaid expense of Asset.
• Reconcile the assets and equipment for investment from buying at company to transferring to MO.
• Reports:

+ Management Reports.

+ Capex Investment Reports.

+ Opex reports.

+ Tax Reports.

3. Quarterly work:

• RPK Report submit to Corporation.

4. Yearly work

• Closing accounting book.
• Audit report and Investment report.

5. Others

• Support on Tax finalization and Auditing.
• Yearly tax finalization
• Yearly preparation and working with the auditors to complete the audit on investment finalization and financial statement.
• Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field, knowledge in VAS.
• Minimum working experience 3 - 5 years as General Accountant or 1 - 2 years as Chief Accountant.
• Ability of English skills. 
• Attention to details.
• Organizing and planning skill.
• Strong Excel and database skills.
• Problem - solving skill.
• Work under high pressure.
