Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, medical centers, etc. in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces to learn about their recruitment needs and set appointments.
Accurately update customer information into the system.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management.
Handle or follow up on complex customer cases when needed.
