[H1] SENIOR SERVICE CONSULTANT FOR MRT VIETNAM PARTNER (SENIOR AGENT)

• Make outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, medical centers, etc. in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces to learn about their recruitment needs and set appointments.

• Accurately update customer information into the system.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management.

• Handle or follow up on complex customer cases when needed.

WORKING TIME

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

• Age: 20 to 35 years old

• At least 1 year of telesales experience

• Preference given to candidates with telesales or sales background in banking, real estate, web recruitment, etc. (strong sales skills)

• College degree or higher

• Fluent in English (mandatory)

• Proficient in report writing and reporting tasks
