Grab Driver Center (GDC) Coordinator

Get to know our Team:

• We’re looking for a Grab Driver Center (GDC) Coordinator to be part of the operations team and the position to be based in Ipoh

Get to know the Role:

• To ensure that daily operations at the training center runs smoothly which includes adequate staffing for all training days.
• Work hand in hand with Sales & Conversion lead to ensure weekly driver activation target is met.

The day-to-day activities:

• Ensure training materials are up to date and that the training team are aware of any changes. Conduct driver training if necessary.
• Ensure that the training centre is kept tidy and all systems (AC, AV) are in working order.
• Ensure that training support executive adhere to SOP pertaining to driver activation.
• Manage the recruitment email to ensure all emails are replied to promptly and driver concerns are addressed.
• Handle escalated driver issues calmly and professionally, ensuring any outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide periodic feedback to the training team and maintain a continuous improvement culture.

The must haves:

• Diploma/Degree holder.
• Process-oriented, Presentation Skills, Team management, Conflict management, ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Excel/Powerpoint.
• Customer Service, Training, Sales.
• 1-2 years managing people and/or training experience.
