v General Affairs (GA):
· Build good working relationships internally and externally
· Handle internal communication chanel (poster, website / FB / linkedlin)
· Manage company licenses and corporate registration (IRC, ERC)
· Handle bookings for business trip (flights, hotels, taxi)
· Manage rental car/ car schedule
· Manage office facilities, assets, and equipment
· Handle and organize engagement activities (birth day party, company trips, team buildings, etc.)
· Control cost ralated to GA-HR department
· Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities
· Others task Manager as or GD required.
v Human Resources (HR):
· Handle full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and labor contracts
· Process monthly payroll, bonus, and salary data (attendance reports, overtime…)
· Administer social insurance, union matters, and PIT reporting
· Manage employee welfare, health care, and benefits programs
· Handle work permit and visa/TRC procedures for foreign staff
· Suport organize internal/external training sessions
· Coordinating with the Manager to support organizational development and HR planning
v Cross-functional / Other Tasks:
· Support procurement and purchasing process
· Manage service contracts, suppliers information related to GA-HR
· Conduct preliminary legal checks on documents/contracts
· Monitor health, safety, and office hygiene compliance
· Support to ensure safe and productive work environment
· Support risk mitigation and compliance checks
· Coordinating with the Supervisor to maintain internal regulations and support policy implementation
· Others task Manager as or GD required.

· Bachelor’s degree (Preferred HRM, communication related field)
· Preferred experience in internal communication
· Good written and verbal communication skills in English
(Preferred) Japanese language ability (N3 or above)
· Working experience in GA-HR over 5 years or 2 years of Supervisor
· Good at Microsoft Office
· Extroverted, proactive, willing to learn, can-do spirit, good interpersonal skills
· Soft skills in: strong in communication are highly required.
· Ability to work in group and independently and able to work under high-pressure
· Ability to work hard and takes responsibility
