About the Company - Nhat Tin Logistics is a company located at 18A Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, with a focus on finance and mathematics projects. The company values collaboration, innovation, and efficiency.

About the Role - The position involves maintaining, developing, and customizing financial management reports, collaborating with various departments, analyzing financial data, and overseeing financial analytics projects.

Responsibilities

  • In-depth Financial Analysis: Prepare periodic reports (monthly/quarterly/annually), forecast business results, and monitor budgets and expenses by profit center.
  • Budget Preparation and Management Support: Update and adjust budgets in coordination with the accounting team and relevant departments.
  • Strategic Analysis Support for Regional Directors and the Board of Directors: Consolidate data, provide analytical reports to support investment or restructuring decisions.
  • Data Standardization and Visualization: Utilize Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other tools to optimize processes and improve accuracy.
  • Propose and Measure the Effectiveness of Solutions: Assess financial indicators, develop analytical models, and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the department head.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, or Auditing.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, auditing, or at a Big 4 firm.

  • Preference for candidates with FP&A experience in the Logistics or E-commerce sectors.

  • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Power BI and SQL is an advantage.

  • Ability to handle large datasets, build analytical models, and present information clearly.

  • Detail-oriented, honest, and possesses strong logical thinking skills.

  • Strong teamwork abilities and capable of collaborating across multiple departments.
