FINANCE STAFF

1. Payment & Cash Management

• Prepare and process payments accurately and on time, ensuring proper approval and documentation.

• Record and reconcile daily bank and cash transactions; prepare regular bank and cash reports.

2. Funding & Budgeting

• Assist in the preparation and implementation of funding and budgeting plans.

• Collect and compile financial data for management’s budget monitoring and reporting.

3. Financial Control & Reporting

• Support daily accounting operations and ensure proper booking of financial transactions.

• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and tax-related documents under supervision.

• Provide necessary documents and data for audits and tax inspections..

4. Banking & Financing

• Work with banks for routine transactions such as deposits, payments, and fund transfers.

• Assist in preparing loan application documents and maintaining bank records.

5. Coordination & Compliance

• Cooperate with related departments to collect, verify, and process financial information.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local financial/tax regulations.

6. Other Duties

• Perform other tasks assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in real estate or construction companies.

• Basic knowledge of accounting functions, tax procedures, and financial guidelines.

• Understanding of Vietnamese finance, tax, and accounting regulations.

• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with FAST accounting software (preferred).

• Basic English communication for working with foreign managers.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and able to work well in a team.
