Get to know our Team:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing strategy and operations for the GRAB marketing campaigns across the region, and providing reports and analysis to demonstrate effective ROI to key stakeholders.

Get to know the Role and day to day tasks:

  • Be a thought leader and the digital expert for local marketing and operations teams
  • Plan, setup and optimize “always on” digital advertising channels for all verticals
  • Provide digital media plans and insights to local marketing teams on both tactical and branding campaigns
  • Work with local and regional stakeholders to drive integrated marketing campaigns across ATL/BTL and paid/owned channels
  • Formulate quarterly digital marketing plans, strategies and budgets with local teams across all verticals in your market
  • Work with local business units to ensure key goals and KPIs are being achieved
  • Own all performance targets and budgets in your market
  • Monitor and optimize paid and owned channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives with efficiencies and scale
  • Provide local insights and learnings to regional performance team
  • Increasing lift in offline performances though digital channels.
  • Ensuring our brand is constantly Top of Mind in the markets we are in.
  • Re engaging users that has been acquired and minimizing churn rate.
  • Utilize available channels and resource to identify the key areas where re engagement is the most effective.
  • Focus on new and innovative ways of engaging customers through constant testing & refining of new initiatives.
  • Ensure budgets are tracked and spent efficiently.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and presentations skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills


The must haves:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital performance marketing or similar field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or other advertising subjects preferred.
  • Good Knowledge and use of current advertising tools and channels. Fb, Google, 3rd party networks, programmatic
  • Have done media planning and digital buys within ID market
  • You have a good understanding of internet advertising technologies (cookies, DSP, SSP, RTB) and understand the marketing channel attribution model.
  • Understanding of the Indonesia digital media ecosystem and technology, such as top publishers & agencies.
  • SEO/CRM/offline marketing experience will be a bonus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English.
  • Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for performance marketing.
  • Ability to analyse reports and communicate findings.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Outstanding analytical skills and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with start-up environment is desired.
