Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing operations for the responsive market and providing reports and analysis to demonstrate effective ROI to key stakeholders.

The day-to-day activities:

• Marketing and Communication Strategy Alignment with Marketing/Brand Team
• Media selection/negotiation with Publishers/Agencies
• Media Agency Communication, Liaising and Engagement
• Identify right online channels and media format that bring in right traffic and engagements with target audience

• Analyze data and optimize accordingly to maximize performance.
• Develop the media plan for all the campaigns
• Analyze media placements performance and measure the effectiveness. Identify and communicate industry trends
• Increasing lift in offline performances though digital channels.
• Ensuring our brand is constantly Top of Mind in the markets we are in.

The must haves:

• 3 + years experience in Digital Media Planning, specifically planning
  and buying with media and marketing agencies.

• Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or other
  advertising subjects required.

• Good Knowledge and use of current advertising tools and channels.

• Have strong all around knowledge of online marketing landscape.

• Solid track record in media planning for big integrated Brand campaigns.

• Understand the best mix approach of ATL/BTL media.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English with senior management.

• Passion for digital marketing.

• Ability to analyse reports and communicate findings.

• Excellent organizational, project management and time management skills, detail oriented.

• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
