About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead in shaping our brand and driving impactful marketing strategies. In this role, you will manage digital campaigns for both our firm and international clients, positioning us as a professional yet approachable agency. This is a great opportunity to build lasting client relationships while growing a trusted brand in the accounting and advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage brand promotion through digital platforms (website, social media, PR, email, campaigns).
  • Work with international clients to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), tracking performance (ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA).
  • Collaborate with Content and Design teams to deliver engaging content and run campaigns that position the agency as “professional yet approachable.”
  • Lead, mentor, and support the marketing team (Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Design), overseeing task allocation, progress, and skills development.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and drive conversions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). 

Analytical mindset with experience managing ROI-driven campaigns.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
