Customer Success Specialist

MJ Art Group Co., Ltd. is currently the owner of BIDU, an e-commerce platform specializing in fashion and beauty. With a mission to elevate the standards of fashion and beauty shopping in Vietnam, we have created a reliable and standardized platform that ensures quality and suitability for both buyers and sellers, meeting the diverse clothing needs of each individual.

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Success Specialist to join our growing team and play a crucial role in ensuring our sellers thrive on our platform.

Responsibilities:

· Proactively engage with sellers to understand their needs and challenges.

· Provide comprehensive support and guidance to sellers on utilizing BIDU's platform effectively.

· Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to educate sellers on best practices.

· Monitor seller performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

· Resolve seller inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

· Collaborate with internal teams to address seller feedback and implement solutions.

· Analyze data and generate reports on seller activity and success metrics.

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and the Vietnamese market is a plus.

· Fluency in Vietnamese and English.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in the fashion, beauty or cosmetics industry.

· Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.

· Data analysis and reporting skills.
