Mô tả công việc

  • Follow up customers’ enquiries on parcel status via email and groups in different communication apps

  • Operate CMS to exert parcel status and tracking

  • Assist in tackling parcel check-in errors on Warehouse Management System (WMS)

  • Coordinate with departments to confirm parcels shipments are error-free

  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At 2 years work experience, preferred in freight forwarding industry and express companies

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. 

  • Able to work independently, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated

  • Good command of Vietnamese and speaking good Chinese. English is an advantage

  • Experience in operating CMS is a plus

  • Possess good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset

  • Immediate availability is preferred
