Customer Focus Executive

JOB PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for conducting the defect check to ensure the readiness of the unit before handing over to owners. The person is also in charge of handing over the unit to owners and brief owners the regulations/rules related to the unit and building. As the focal contact for unit owners, this person received feedback on unit defects from owners and follow up with related parties to rectification is done.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct inspection of the individual units as assigned
• Identify defects basing on the standards provided, collate the final defect list and follow up on the rectification
• Conduct re-inspection after rectification
• Ensure the items in the handover kit are in good order and all necessary forms are included before giving it to owners
• Handover the unit and the kit to owners, explain to the respective owners the purpose of the items in the handover kit and rules/ regulations related to the buildings and units
• Receive feedback from owners on the defects (if any) after handover and follow up with the contractors for rectification
• Submit the report about the progress of rectification
