Get to know our Team & Role:
This is a regional role supporting all Grab markets in the SEA, and across all verticals. He/she will work with various internal teams to build and develop complex lifecycle automation leveraging multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate will also support efforts in partnering with external agencies for production work and acting as internal champions for local countries in ensuring platform features are on the roadmap.
The day-to-day activities:
Build and implement complex lifecycle journeys
Research feasibility and implementation of new marketing channels
Support local ad-hoc campaigns
Act as an internal champion for local teams regarding platform roadmap capabilities
The must haves:
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related degree.
Professionally proficient in English and in-country native language.
Understands and have prior experience or exposure to CRM or Database management.
Hands-on experience with actual build/development of lifecycle automation (ie. ExactTarget, Responsys, Adobe, Eloqua, etc)
Understanding of database management
Basic programming skills
