Support the credit card acquisition and onboarding process by coordinating sales support activities, managing after-sales programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of credit card products to customers and driving post-sale engagement.
Sales Support Operations:
- Assist sales teams with tools, materials, and processes to ensure smooth credit card acquisition.
- Monitor daily sales performance reports and identify process gaps or support needs.
- Provide timely resolutions to issues raised by the sales force regarding application flows, system access, or customer inquiries.
After-Sales & Usage Program Coordination:
- Coordinate welcome/onboarding programs to guide new customers on how to use their credit cards properly (activation, usage, payment, limits).
- Design or support campaigns to increase first-time usage and recurring spending.
- Track program effectiveness and customer engagement behavior post-acquisition.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams to improve customer onboarding flow and system journeys.
- Proactively gather feedback from stakeholders and suggest enhancements to processes or systems to reduce drop-offs and improve approval rates.
Process Improvement:
- Regularly review onboarding journey touchpoints from application to activation and usage.
- Propose enhancements that simplify the journey for customers.
