Job requirement

Support the credit card acquisition and onboarding process by coordinating sales support activities, managing after-sales programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of credit card products to customers and driving post-sale engagement.

Sales Support Operations:

  • Assist sales teams with tools, materials, and processes to ensure smooth credit card acquisition.
  • Monitor daily sales performance reports and identify process gaps or support needs.
  • Provide timely resolutions to issues raised by the sales force regarding application flows, system access, or customer inquiries.

After-Sales & Usage Program Coordination:

  • Coordinate welcome/onboarding programs to guide new customers on how to use their credit cards properly (activation, usage, payment, limits).
  • Design or support campaigns to increase first-time usage and recurring spending.
  • Track program effectiveness and customer engagement behavior post-acquisition.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with teams to improve customer onboarding flow and system journeys.
  • Proactively gather feedback from stakeholders and suggest enhancements to processes or systems to reduce drop-offs and improve approval rates.

Process Improvement:

  • Regularly review onboarding journey touchpoints from application to activation and usage.
  • Propose enhancements that simplify the journey for customers.

Job requirement

  • 1-3 years of experience in the credit card business. Experience in a credit card team of finance company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with credit card workflows, customer behavior, and onboarding practices.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and sales staff.
  • Analytical mindset and comfortable working with basic reports or dashboards.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic understanding of credit card products, system.
