Mô tả công việc

Review and verify payment applications submitted by contractors and vendors, ensuring strict compliance with contract terms and accurate valuation of completed work.

Prepare and process interim and final payments in a timely manner.

Monitor and track payment schedules to ensure payments are made and received according to agreed timelines.

Maintain meticulous and organized records of all contract and payment-related documentation.

Liaise effectively with other departments to address and resolve any arising queries or issues.

Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, tender documents, tender reports, and notices of award.

Manage all aspects of contract administration, including but not limited to:

Price negotiation with contractors.

Drafting and reviewing contract agreements.

Tracking and managing variation orders.

Preparing and submitting variation proposals for approval.

Prepare and manage contract variations, including addenda and amendments.

Conduct procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, etc. as assigned

Execute other duties as assigned by superiors.

*Notes:

Workplace: The candidate will work in Hồng Hạc City project, Thuận Thành, Bắc Ninh. The company provides a shuttle bus from Hanoi to the project site.
Working hours: Monday to Friday.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience: At least 3 years of working experience

Specialized skills: 

  • Solid understanding of various forms of construction contracts and their application.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks

Soft skills

  • Proficient in English (equivalent to an intermediate level), with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
  • Proficient in standard office software and specialized quantity surveying software.
