Commercial Finance Analyst

A Commercial Finance Analyst is responsible for gathering financial and commercial data and providing assessments and analysis of the data for commercial insights. This position is a contact point between Finance and Commercial teams to assist in driving the positive financial business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Frequent tasks: 90%

• Check Commercial’s B2B and Corporate deals

• Propose pricing for new/changed tests

• Appraise Non-Consumer marketing proposal

• Track performance of Marketing campaigns vs. proposal

• Check budget of Sales and Marketing PRs

• Maintain data and ensure updated visibility of approved deals and test pricing on BI

• Calculate/Check monthly, quarterly, and half-year Incentive for Salesforce, Branch Operations doctors/nurses/receptionists, Customer Experience agents, and Home Blood Collection admins/nurses.

• Appraise KPI and propose KPI payout schemes for Commercial, Branch Operations, Customer Experience, Home Blood Collection teams

• Price registration with DoH

• Price benchmark with competitors

Ad-hoc tasks: 10%

• Build/update Commercial price setting models

• Support to provide reporting visibility on BI

• Other financial tasks as assigned by Finance Planning & Analyst Manager or Head of Finance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in Finance position.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.

• Proactive and can-do mindset. Commercial mindset is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
