1、 了解投标流程,支持项目规划,以确保投标文件和合同的时间与质量要求;
Understand the bidding process and support project planning to meet the requirements of the time and quality of the bidding profile and contracts;
2、 协调团队成员,分析投标和合同模板的需求、策略和解决方案;
Coordinate with team members to analyze requests, strategies, and solutions for bidding and contract profiles;
3、 支持合同准备和投标演讲;
Support contract preparation and bid presentation;
4、 主管分配的其他任务。

教育背景 Education Requirement
1、 全日制本科及以上学历,工作经验没有要求;
Full-time bachelor degree or above, work experience is not required;
2、 毕业于:中文语言、经济、商务等相关专业;
Graduated from: Chinese Studies, Economics, Business or related major;
3、 中文流利,英文基本水平;
Fluent in Chinese and basic level of English.
4、 具备较强的OFFICE技巧;
Strong Office skills;
5、 具内驱力,学习能力强,抗压能力强,有上进心,积极主动,乐于挑战;
Self-driven, quick learning, able to work efficiently under pressure, proactive, and willing to challenge;
6、 较强的责任感、人际理解沟通能力、团队协作能力强;

7、 有较强逻辑思维能力,善于归纳总结。
