Commercial Contract Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

1、 了解投标流程，支持项目规划，以确保投标文件和合同的时间与质量要求；

Understand the bidding process and support project planning to meet the requirements of the time and quality of the bidding profile and contracts;

2、 协调团队成员，分析投标和合同模板的需求、策略和解决方案；

Coordinate with team members to analyze requests, strategies, and solutions for bidding and contract profiles;

3、 支持合同准备和投标演讲；

Support contract preparation and bid presentation;

4、 主管分配的其他任务。

Other tasks assigned by manager.

教育背景 Education Requirement

1、 全日制本科及以上学历，工作经验没有要求；

Full-time bachelor degree or above, work experience is not required;

2、 毕业于：中文语言、经济、商务等相关专业；

Graduated from: Chinese Studies, Economics, Business or related major;

3、 中文流利，英文基本水平；

Fluent in Chinese and basic level of English.

4、 具备较强的OFFICE技巧；

Strong Office skills;

5、 具内驱力，学习能力强，抗压能力强，有上进心，积极主动，乐于挑战；

Self-driven, quick learning, able to work efficiently under pressure, proactive, and willing to challenge;

6、 较强的责任感、人际理解沟通能力、团队协作能力强；

Result-oriented, high responsibility, good communication skill, strong teamwork skill;

7、 有较强逻辑思维能力，善于归纳总结。

Strong logical thinking ability and good at summarizing.
