Overview:

You turn leads into members. You book trials, drive show ups, and keep members engaged in Primal’s group classes.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead follows up: Call, DM, and text new leads within minutes. Log every touchpoint.
  • Trial booking: Offer the right class,send reminders, reduce no shows.
  • Community touchpoints: Engage members in WhatsApp and in-app, promote events and challenges.
  • Daily reporting: Update lead sheet, show up rates, before end of day.

Core KPIs:

  • Speed to lead and daily outreach volume
  • Trial booking rate and show up rate
  • Referral leads generated
  • Response time to member inquiries

Yêu cầu công việc

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1 year in sales or customer service. Fitness or hospitality is a plus.
  • Communication: Clear, confident, and friendly in Vietnamese and English.
  • Follow through: Organized, persistent, comfortable working targets and deadlines.
  • Tools: booking systems, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business.
  • Availability: Able to work some evenings and weekends.
