We are a SaaS CRM startup integrated with AI, aiming to serve over 50,000 customers in the insurance industry within the next two years. To achieve this, we are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who not only possesses outstanding technical expertise but is also passionate about creating innovative solutions that deliver value to users.
Technology Leadership
● Build and implement a long-term technology vision aligned with business strategy
● Develop a detailed technical roadmap with specific measurable milestones
● Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies suitable for the US market
● Represent the company at technology events and build technical credibility in the industry
Product Development & Engineering
● Design scalable architecture for CRM and AI platforms that meet US market requirements
● Implement end-to-end development workflow (CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring)
● Direct product deployment strategy, ensuring technical quality and meeting user needs
● Optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and readiness for growth
● Develop and deploy enterprise-grade solutions (CRM, AI, data pipelines)
Team Development
● Build and scale the engineering team from 2 to 10+ people
● Establish engineering culture and operational excellence
● Recruit and mentor high-potential engineers
● Create an innovation-driven and continuous learning environment
Budget & Resource Management
● Effectively manage technology budgets, ensuring investment in priority areas
● Efficiently allocate resources between parallel projects and ensure return on investment (ROI)
● Evaluate and select technology partners, vendors, and external solutions
● Develop strategic partnerships with leading technology companies
Technical Expertise
● Age: 30 - 50
● Minimum 4+ years in senior management (CTO, VP Engineering)
● US Market Experience: Experience implementing SaaS in the US market (requirement)
● Tech Stack Proficiency: Angular, Java, AWS, Microservices architecture
● AI/ML Experience: Experience deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions with real-world data
● CRM Knowledge: Experience with enterprise CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
● Cloud Expertise: Advanced AWS architecture and optimization practices
● Technical Breadth: Experience with web/mobile, backend systems, data pipelines
● Real-time Systems: Experience with real-time/near real-time systems (advantage)
Budget & Resource Management
● Experience managing technology budgets of $200,000+
● Ability to optimize operational costs on AWS and cloud services
● Experience efficiently allocating resources across multiple parallel projects
● Ability to build business cases and ROI calculations for technology investments
● Knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation with software/hardware vendors
Leadership Competencies
● Ability to communicate complex technical vision and lead teams to execute
● Excellent technical team management skills, experience building and leading teams of 10+ people
● Ability to balance long-term technical goals with short-term business needs
● Strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
● Experience working in startup/high-growth environments is an advantage
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields
● MBA or management certifications are a plus
● Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
● Experience working with US clients/partners
● Excellent communication skills, ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences
● Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

● Still passionate about coding
● Developed Saas application on Amazon Web Service platform & launched to the market. (Priority given to candidates who have worked in CRM, Marketing domain)
● Developed AI for Saas application.
● Recruited and managed a team of >10 people.
Authority/Quyền hạn:
- Salary: $4,000+/month
- Working time: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)
- Compulsory Insurance's full salary (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance) based on the Labor Code.
