Mô tả công việc

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: AR/AP, payroll, taxes, and general ledger.

  • Ensure compliance with VAS and tax regulations; work confidently with tax offices.

  • Lead month-end/year-end closings and coordinate audits with external auditors.

  • Support IFRS reporting and consolidation for the Singapore holding company.

  • Build and manage a high-performing accounting team with tidy, sustainable workflows.

  • Improve processes and systems; experiment with new tools to save time and reduce errors.

  • Lay the foundation for FP&A by ensuring accounting outputs are structured and reliable for budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards.

  • Represent finance externally with banks, auditors, and investors.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

  • Chief Accountant Certificate (CAC) from the Ministry of Finance (required by law).

  • Prior experience as Chief Accountant in another company (mandatory).

  • 7–12 years of accounting experience, with proven team supervision.

  • Strong knowledge of VAS, tax, and statutory compliance.

  • Diligent and detail-oriented; able to manage payments and control precision of accounting work daily.

  • Familiarity with IFRS and multi-entity consolidation is a plus, not mandatory.

  • Strong English reading skills (required); writing and speaking are advantages.

  • CPA Vietnam, ACCA, or equivalent international certifications are strong pluses.
