Card Operations Management

• Interact with Customers (cardholders & merchants), organizations and international networks to resolve billing matters
• Monitoring Card Issuance, Card Delivery and Equal Payment Plan program
• Account management like re-issuance, replacements and other related card & statement activities
• Follow-up the Cards System/Gateway implementation and get trained on it
• Make a qualitative analysis to understand the situation of the problem and find logical solutions
• Conduct assessment of existing processes to identify gaps for optimization and areas for improvement

Issue Resolution

• Make sure all inquiries and complaints from Customer are solved within SLA
• Provide Helpdesk support and resolve problems regarding system or hardware

Continuous Development

• Participate and test new product related to new development product/function
• Support in reviewing processes, procedures, card products; propose initiatives, changes to improve card transactions management

Others

• Other related duties requested by line manager
