Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive C&B cum HR Admin Executive with approximately 3 years of experience to support our growing team. This role will focus on Compensation & Benefits operations and HR administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing, compliance, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
● Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with local laws and company policies.
● Manage personal income tax (PIT), social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) matters.
● Maintain and update employee records in HRM/payroll systems.
● Support annual C&B activities such as salary reviews, bonuses, and performance evaluations.
● Liaise with external service providers for payroll and insurance when necessary.
HR Administration:
● Maintain and organize personnel files, HR documents, and employee databases.
● Prepare labor contracts, offer letters, confirmations, and termination paperwork.
● Support onboarding/offboarding processes, probation tracking, and employee movements.
● Manage HR reports and compliance documentation for audits and internal use.
● Coordinate with government authorities for labor-related filings and reporting.
