  • Plays a crucial role in shaping the organization’s growth strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall mission and strategic objectives.
  • Identifying essential drivers that will facilitate the company’s medium- to long-term expansion efforts, including the introduction of new products and entry into emerging markets
  • Oversees marketing operations across all Business Units, with an emphasis on strategic marketing functions.
  • Accountable for spearheading major marketing projects and collaborating with key stakeholders to guarantee timely achievement of critical project milestones
  • Accountable for formulating business development strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives to drive growth and support expansion initiatives.
  • Keeps abreast of major industry trends and identifies critical internal levers to enable the company's medium- to long-term growth through new product development and market entry.
  • Leads communication efforts around the strategic direction and core initiatives of Business Development to ensure alignment and secure engagement from key internal stakeholders.
  • Manages the annual budgeting process for the business development function, collaborating closely with the Finance team and/or Controller as needed
  • Accountable for performing feasibility assessments for prospective business ventures, including exploration of new product lines and potential market entries.
  • Leads the execution of identified business development projects, coordinating with key stakeholders across functional departments to drive implementation.
  • Oversees profitability and revenue generation from newly launched products, with a focus on sales growth within each respective business unit.
  • Directs, manages, and scales various pilot programs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of products in their trial phase.
  • Partner with the Business Group or Branch Director to facilitate the transfer of new products and ensure a smooth transition of personnel, knowledge, processes, and technologies, as applicable.
  • Supervise the organization's Customer Service and Relations functions, establish essential service metrics, and ensure the delivery of superior customer service standards.
  • Accountable for analyzing key financial and operational metrics for Business Development projects, collaborating with functional representatives to develop and implement the necessary action plans.
  • Oversee and manage marketing initiatives and strategies to align with all stakeholders (e.g., sales teams, suppliers, principals).
  • Lead and monitor process improvement initiatives (e.g., with suppliers, principals, or internal processes), ensuring timely progress and achievement of key milestones.
  • Set and communicate performance targets for the staff to ensure alignment of the individual’s objectives to the corporate objectives
