Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for visiting and persuading HEADs to promote and sell our Physical Damage and Extended Warranty Insurance products. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of insurance or automotive sales is an advantage, and the ability to influence dealer decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit potential HEADs
- Build strong relationships with dealership management, sales teams, and finance teams to drive adoption.
- Educate dealers on the benefits of Honda Physical Damage & Extended Warranty Insurance for their customers.
- Address objections and provide solutions to encourage dealer participation.
- Monitor and report on dealer engagement, sales progress, and market feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, training, underwriting) to support dealer needs.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for dealer activation and policy sales.
- Coordinate with internal departments to complete related tasks and support each other.
- Other tasks assigned by General Director.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years in business development, insurance sales, or automotive sales (experience with HEAD is a plus).
- Strong negotiation & persuasion skills – ability to influence dealer decisions.
- Self-motivated & proactive – willing to travel frequently to meet dealers.
- Good communication & presentation skills (Vietnamese fluency required; English is a plus).
- Understanding of insurance/financial products (auto insurance experience preferred).
