We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who is passionate about the financial technology industry and willing to be responsible for overall account management, client support, and deal closure in remittance services. This role also involves strategizing to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the Company's product offerings and market presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Expand a company's reach and enhance its offerings through strategic partnerships.
Manage existing partner relationships and identify opportunities for further collaboration and integration.
Scout and secure new partnerships, negotiating terms that align with the Company's strategic goals.
Continuous monitoring and analysis of partnership performance, adapting strategies to maximize benefits.
Acts as a liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and project execution to ensure the success of the partnership.
Find new potential partners/customers for the Company's products/services, develop new business opportunities to ensure KPIs, and increase sales.
Build positive, long-term relationships with agents, corporate customers, partners, and branches.
Work with the marketing department to conduct forecasts of industry trends and market analysis to build strategies.
Carry out outbound activities (phone calls, emails, networking...) to create business opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and build up development plans.
Participate in developing market research and evaluation reports.
Develop business plans, pitches, presentations, references, and other documents as required.
Ensure excellent customer service through regular customer follow-up.
Report work progress and new activities to the relevant parties.
Ad-hoc tasks
Must have
At least two years of work experience in Business Development, Account Executive, or a similar field
Communicate well in both English and Vietnamese
Experienced in the North American market
Having a proven track record in partnership management
Keep up with the flexible and versatile schedule to follow with both domestic and international customers.
Willing to go on business trips when required
A keen commercial awareness to identify and develop opportunities for successful collaborations
Good to have
Knowing Finance - Technology is a plus.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team management and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related software.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
Confident with public speaking, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Be guided to build expertise when starting work.

Salary: starts from 15 million (negotiable based on experience) + commission
