Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced and passionate software analyst.

- You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, building and implementing products that carry the company's vision and strategy.

Job Description

- Report directly to supervisor(s) and Project Manager if required.

- Receive requests departments, analyze business processes, propose possible solutions.

- Writing business requirements specification documents, user requirements.

- Analyze design, product functionality, use prototyping tools to design mockups/wireframes for apps, and use tools to model requirements.

- Writing detailed user stories and tasks for DEV and QC team, and managing these within structured Epics.

- Coordinate with DEV, QA team during development, to ensure that project members clearly understand and properly understand the requirements.

- Write instructions to use the functions of the system.

- Support project manager in project planning & implementation.
