Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties

• Understand, clarify, and document the requirements from Clients.
• Transform raw requirements specified above into software requirement documents.
• Cooperate closely with technical specialists in design and implementation of solutions.
• Acting as a bridge between business and IT.
• Working on projects managed in both traditional and agile driven methodologies.
• Writing and maintaining requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
• Working with design team on product design or designing application wireframes when required.

Qualifications

Must have:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant.
• From 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Foreign Language: English - Intermediate level or higher
• Experience in the following domain is an advantage: E-commerce, booking systems, aviation, data platforms.
• Proactive / Dynamic.
• Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to elicit requirements and provide business consulting.
• Withstand high pressure from project priority and timeline.
• Delivered products of good quality, limiting errors.
• Actively report periodic work results to management.

Nice to Have:

• Experience as a Product Owner or Project Coordinator
