We are seeking a Business Analysis Manager to lead the business analysis function for the modernization of our Debt Collection System (DCS). This role will oversee a team of business analysts, ensuring that business requirements are effectively captured, analyzed, and translated into system functionalities. The Business Analysis Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders from debt collection, risk, IT, and compliance to ensure the successful implementation of a cloud-based, AI-powered, and mobile-first debt collection platform.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in business analysis, digital transformation, and banking operations, with a strong background in debt collection processes and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring high-quality business requirement gathering and documentation.
- Develop and implement a structured business analysis framework to standardize requirement gathering, process mapping, and impact assessment.
- Work closely with key stakeholders from debt collection, risk, IT, compliance, and finance to define business needs and system requirements.
- Oversee business process reengineering efforts to improve operational efficiency and automation in debt collection workflows.
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with the bank’s AI-first, mobile-first, and cloud-first strategy.
- Collaborate with technology teams, software vendors, and third-party partners to ensure system requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions.
- Manage the documentation of end-to-end business processes, user journeys, and functional specifications.
- Lead gap analysis to identify differences between the current debt collection system and the new system’s capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations such as Basel III, IFRS 9, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
- Support UAT, system testing, and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new DCS.
