Audit/Advisory Senior

As an Audit/Advisory Senior, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the execution of the company’s audit/advisory engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with professional standards and applicable regulations.

Specifically:

• Plan, execute, and complete audit/advisory engagements in accordance with client requirements and management directions;
• Ensure that all work complies with professional standards, legal requirements, and internal policies;
• Guide, assign, and supervise assistants, including reviewing working papers and monitoring project progress;
• Apply an efficient and disciplined approach to ensure assignments are completed on time;
• Collaborate with clients to gather information, analyze data, identify issues, and propose appropriate solutions;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting, auditing, finance, tax, and relevant legal regulations;
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, contributing to the firm’s professional image and service development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, and finance;

· Candidates with CPA/ or ACCA will be preferred;

· At least 3 years of working experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and tax (audit or tax consultant experience are preferred);

· At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position;

· Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;

· Strong analysis and synthesis skills;

· Good at foreign languages (English or/and Chinese) is preferred;

· Good at using AI generator tools.
