Assistant Sales Manager - Elite Fitness HCM

- Responsible for all membership revenue and monthly targets

- Maintain minimin standard team size of 10-15 MC

- Weekly training plans and daily team motivation

- Quartly reviews and performance apprasial

- Checking all productions standards for phone call / appointments/ Shows

- Providing fresh database for teams to utilize

- Checking proper steps of Guest fitness profile

- Ensuring all pricing materials are up to date

- Issue contact list of current members for upgrades and renewals

- Working the current member base for referrals on a daily basis

- Daily production checks and 1 on 1 with under performers

- Gam plan and strategy - understanding basic sales KPI

- Hitting minimum 90% of assigned monthly targets consistently

- Lead generation and Brand Embassador

- To build relationships to create new referrals and execute the core mission and values of service to our members.

- participate in company activities to build your personal contacts and aquire more potential leads.

- utilizing in- ternal referral programs and campaigns

- asking for referrals on a daily basis from each appointment or guest

- Building and development

- Game plans and strategy to hit commitments

- Daily meetings on accountability and systems checks.

- Team Responsible for 90% of the clubs monthly membership sales target

- System policy management

- Proper use of sofware and internal sales systems. Including all follow up systems and sales policies, pricing policies.

- Includes daily updates of calls made / appointments follow up and conversions into FCM system

- Following all revenue accountability and appointment set up systems

- Utilizing all tools such as daily planners issued by SD

- Working in shift at Vincom Đồng Khời Quận 1, Vincom Thảo Điền Quận 2 hoặc Gò Vấp
