Primary Objective:

To attract more customers to visit the shopping Center
To support the tenants for the best sales performance and maximize sales revenues of each store.
To utilize assets and earn other income

Key Activities:

Lease contract management
Planning and implementation for getting SC other income
Planning and implementation of sales promotions

Roles and responsibilities:

Planning and implementation for getting SC other income
To plan and implement the short term event
To plan and implement for getting SC other income (ex. Storage, Advertisement etc.)
To manage the contracts.
Planning and implementation of sales promotions
To analyze data such as sales and rent of tenants, and using it to make improvements
To plan and implement sales promotions.
To communicate with the store managers of each tenants
